Remarks |
First high yielding potato variety for French fries in India. Field resistance to late blight, tolerance to frost, high tuber dry matter (>22%), good fry colour, no after cooking darkening and good keeping quality under country store as well as at intermediate temperature (10-12 oC with CIPC).
